PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Bath County, Virginia, will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, beginning at 6:00 p.m. or soon thereafter in Room 115 of the Courthouse, 65 Courthouse Hill Road, Warm Springs, Virginia 24484, to solicit public input and discuss Bath County’s Solid Waste Management Plan. The revised Solid Waste Plan can be viewed at the office of the County Administrator, 65 Courthouse Hill Rd., Warm Springs or online at www.bathcountyva.gov.
To request special assistance or accommodation due to a disability to participate in the public hearing, please call the County Administrator’s Office at 540-839-7221 at least two working days prior to the hearing. Comments concerning the Solid Waste Management Plan may be submitted in advance at publiccomment@bathcountyva.gov. For more information, contact Bath County Administration by calling (540) 839-7221.
