Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Bath County, Virginia, will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, beginning at 6:00 p.m. or soon thereafter in Room 115 of the Courthouse, 65 Courthouse Hill Road, Warm Springs, Virginia 24484, to solicit public input and discuss amending Bath County Code, Chapter 4, Animals and Fowl, Division 1 Generally, Sec. 4-7 and Division 2 Dog and Cat License, Sec. 4-11, Sec. 4-12, Sec. 4-13, Sec. 4-14. Amendments may be viewed at the office of the County Administrator, 65 Courthouse Hill Rd., Warm Springs or online at www.bathcountyva.gov.

The Bath County Economic Development Authority will begin their regularly scheduled monthly meeting Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at the Virginia Hill Property on Virginia Hill Avenue, Hot Springs, VA 24445 at 4:30 p.m. The EDA will then reconvene at the Hot Springs Volunteer Fire Department, Main Street, Hot Springs, VA at 5 p.m.
