The Bath County Department of Social Services Board will meet in the Director's office of the Bath County Department of Social Services on the Ground Floor of the Bath County Courthouse located at 65 Courthouse Hill Road, Warm Springs, VA 24484 at 3:45 p.m. on October 22, 2026.

The Bath County Planning Commission will meet on Monday, October 26, 2026 at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter, in the Room 115 of the Bath County Courthouse to receive public input on, discuss, and consider the following:
Updates to Bath County’s Land Use Regulations:
- Manufactured Home – edit definition and update zoning districts
- Accessory Dwelling Unit – add definition and add section with criteria for Accessory Dwelling Units
- Addition of Comprehensive Use Permissions Table – add table that simplifies process for finding the uses in each zoning district
