The Bath County General District Court presides in the 25th Judicial District. The Bath County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court and the Bath County General District Court are combined into one court known as Bath County Combined Courts. Each court is comprised of several experienced judges who are appointed by the General Assembly. Judge Robert Hagan, Jr. presides over juvenile and domestic cases. Judge Shah presides over traffic, civil and criminal cases.
