Deputy Clerk full-time position
Bath County Circuit Court Clerk's Office
Applicant shall be able to work effectively with other personnel and maintain confidentiality. Duties include excellent customer service skills, answering phones, recording documents, filing, reconciling bank statements, daily deposit, assisting working in the courtroom, knowledge of Microsoft and excel. Candidate should have clerical work experience and be able to multitask and be a quick learner, travel when necessary for instructional classes. Dedication and willing to learn is a must. Work extended hours when needed. Upon employment a background check will be required. Salary is paid from the VA State Compensation Board and reimbursed to the County through payroll. Salary range $35,000.00 to $42,000.00.
